We met with Donna and after meeting her and discussing our requirements we had no doubt Donna and the Impeccable Cleaning team were the right choice. Some of our requirements were that the condo would be cleaned as if we or Donna were going to be staying there each week and that Donna herself would be our point of contact for all communications. Our communications with Donna has been excellent. We communicate with Donna monthly via email. Each Saturday via text messaging Donna provides a quick update message reporting the condition of the condo. We use this information to refund the security deposit to our rental guests and for our comfort in knowing our condo investment is safe. On special occasions, I request Donna and the cleaning team provide additional services above and beyond normal cleaning. I have asked Donna for recommendations of repair individuals, where to purchase the best condo linens, and just about everything else we wanted to know about the local area. Some of our requests are not easy special requests and are well above the capabilities or offerings of other cleaning companies. I believe Donna will work for you to customize her offer and support your needs – just as she has supported ours. We are thankful and blessed that Donna came highly recommended to us.
